PROPOSED ACTION:

Approve the Letter of Intent for the Goodyear Civic Square at Estrella Falls project between the city of Goodyear and The Globe Corporation and approve a budget transfer in the amount of $250,000 from the General Fund portion of the Capital Project Reserve. (Julie Arendall, City Manager)
