RECOMMENDATION:
Planning and Zoning Commission recommend that the City Council approve a rezoning from the Agricultural-Urban (AU) zoning district to the Final Planned Area Development (PAD) zoning district on 103 acres at the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Van Buren street, subject to stipulations.
PURPOSE:
This is a request to rezone 103 acres at the southwest corner of Van Buren Street and Estrella Parkway from the Agricultural-Urban (AU) zoning district to the Final Planned Area Development (PAD) zoning district to facilitate a horizontal mixed-use development to be known as Estrella Commons.
