This project will install fiber optic conduit, fiber optic cable and ITS equipment along Van Buren Street from Estrella Parkway to Cotton Lane in the City of Goodyear utilizing Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funding. It is included in the Maricopa Association of Governments’ (MAG) Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) as a project to help mitigate air quality issues within the MAG Region.
