LA LUNA, GOODYEAR, ARIZONA 85338 ‘LA LUNA PROPERTY’, FROM REMLAND LLC, AN ARIZONA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR $546,000; AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO MAKE NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES TO THE ATTACHED PURCHASE AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO TAKE ALL ACTIONS AND EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE INTENT OF THE RESOLUTION AND THE PURCHASE OF THE LA LUNA PROPERTY. PURPOSE: This action would suspend certain provisions within the City of Goodyear Engineering Design Standards and Policies Manual 2012 Edition that require the construction of purple pipe direct delivery reclaimed water systems within development.
