2. Recommend approval of rezoning approximately 999.3 acres of land located between S. Rainbow Valley Road and S. 187th Avenue, on the north side of W. Queen Creek Road from the Agricultural Urban (AU) zoning district to the Final Planned Area Development (PAD) zoning district, as set forth in the draft of Ordinance No. 2018-1409, attached hereto.
