Scott Daniel is no longer employed with the City of Goodyear and he was elected May 20, 2013 with a term expiring May 20, 2017. Representatives from the Police department are elected by secret ballot per A.R.S. 38-847.A.1. The Police Department held an election from November 1, 2013 to November 8, 2013 and Jason DeHaan was elected by secret ballot to replace Scott Daniel with a term expiring May 20, 2017.
