RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the preliminary plat for Curve at Estrella Commons subdividing 7.65 acres into 64 residential lots and nine tracts generally located east of the intersection of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Street, within the Curve at Estrella Commons Planned Area Development (PAD), subject to stipulations.
