RECOMMENDATION:

Approve a five-year license to EPCOR for the use of public rights-of-way to provide potable drinking water services to the properties within the boundaries of their Certificate of Convenience and Necessity within the city of Goodyear. (Linda Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
