APPROVE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE MARICOPA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS FOR THE AVONDALE-GOODYEAR TRANSIT FEASIBILITY STUDY

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Maricopa Association of Governments to administer the Avondale-Goodyear Transit Feasibility Study, and authorize a budget transfer of $25,000 from the Arizona Lottery Fund balance to pay for the local match required by the Federal Transit Administration.
