PROPOSED ACTION:

Authorize the City Manager to execute the two Lower Basin Drought Contingency Implementation Plan Agreements, substantially in the forms attached hereto, and authorizing the City Attorney or his/her designee to make non-substantive changes to the agreements before execution.
