PROPOSED ACTION:

Authorize the Mayor or designee to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Glendale which would allow city staff and Goodyear residents the ability to utilize the Glendale Landfill. (Adam Kurtz, Solid Waste Superintendent)
