2.                     Recommend approval to the Arizona Department of Revenue for a Class A bingo license, submitted by Kittie Day, representative of the PebbleCreek Ladies Golf Association (PCLGA), for bingo games to be held in the Tuscany Falls Country Club, located at 16222 Clubhouse Dr., Goodyear, Arizona 85395.
