PROPOSED ACTION:

1.                     Conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a Use Permit for a swimming pool to be located in the front yard of the residence at 9697 Santo Tomas Drive on Lot 31 of Estrella Parcel 9 in the Estrella Phase I Planned Area Development (PAD).
