PROPOSED ACTION:

Authorize the execution of a donation agreement, including any necessary related documentation, providing for the donation of the city’s surplus 2007 Chevrolet Police K-9 Tahoe to the Quartzsite Police Department for use in emergency response. (Jerry Geier, Chief of Police)
