PROPOSED ACTION:

1.                     Conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a use permit for a convenience use (drive-through restaurant) on a 1.42-acre parcel located at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Yuma Road within the Cottonflower Planned Area Development (PAD).
