PROPOSED ACTION:

1. Conduct a public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit to allow an inert material landfill.

2. Approve a Special Use Permit for an Inert Material Landfill to allow for the reclamation of an existing public project borrow pit at the southwest corner of Roosevelt Street and 158th Avenue, subject to stipulations.
