RECOMMENDATION:

Approve a request from Mario Cardona, owner/agent for Sneaky Pete Billiards, LLC, for a Series 7 Person Transfer/Location Transfer Liquor License #07074004, located at 15450 W. Goodyear Boulevard North #135, Goodyear, Arizona 85338 (generally located on the northeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Goodyear Boulevard North).

 

PURPOSE:

Mr. Cardona has applied for a Person Transfer/Location Transfer Series 7 (Beer and Wine Bar) Liquor License with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. He anticipates opening the new Sneaky Pete Billiards business at the end of July, 2016. (Sue Brungardt, Deputy City Clerk)
