RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the dedication of a Public Utility and Access Easement across a portion of Tract C of Canyon Trails Unit 2, within the alignment for La Ventilla Way.

PURPOSE:
KB Homes Phoenix, Inc., an Arizona corporation, has submitted an application and the required Public Utility and Access Easement from Canyon Trails Homeowners’ Association, a non-profit corporation. The easement is 65 feet in width, along a portion of La Ventilla Way. La Ventialla Way will be constructed as a private road to provide secondary access to the La Ventilla Phase 2 residential development located south of Interstate 10 and west of Sarival Avenue.
