RECOMMENDATION: 

Approve a reimbursement agreement with Sunbelt Holdings for reimbursement of street improvement costs for Indian School Road.

 

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this agreement is to provide compensation to Sunbelt Holdings for the City’s proportionate share cost of the street improvements for Indian School Road between Loop 303 and Sarival Avenue. (David Ramirez, City Engineer)
