RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the dedication of a "Public Utility and Access Easement and Subordination" and a "Public Road and Utility Easement and Subordination" for a portion of 183rd Avenue.

PURPOSE:
The City has received an application for the dedication of a public road easement for a portion of the west half of 183rd Avenue, along with a 10-foot public utility easement, both beginning at the center line of Yuma Road continuing north approximately 1,246 feet.
