TEMPORARY NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENT TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN DRAINAGE FACILITIES TO BASIS SCHOOLS, INC.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the issuance of a Temporary Nonexclusive Easement to Construct and Maintain Drainage Facilities to Basis Schools, Inc., adjacent to the north property line of the Basis Schools property.

PURPOSE:
The grant and conveyance of a 55-foot wide Temporary Nonexclusive Easement to Construct and Maintain Drainage Facilities ("Drainage Easement") adjacent to the north side of the property recently purchased by BASIS Schools, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation ("BASIS"), from the City.  The issuance of the Drainage Easement will provide BASIS with the ability to fully develop the recently purchased property.
