RECOMMENDATION:
ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1668 CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO SECTION 147(F) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
 
PURPOSE:
Set a public hearing pursuant to Section 147(F) of the Internal Revenue Service Code for the purpose of approving the proposed alternative use of the 100 acres south of the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Van Buren Street. (Larry Lange, Finance Director)
