PROPOSED ACTION:

1.                     Conduct a public hearing to consider a request to rezone approximately 12.2 acres of property located at the northwest corner of Sarival Avenue and Van Buren Street.

2.                     Recommend approval of the request to rezone property to MF-24 with a PAD Overlay, as set forth in the draft of Ordinance No. 2020-1483. (Christian M. Williams, Planner)
