1.                     Conduct a public hearing to consider the modification of stipulations of approval contained in Ordinance No. 04-884.

2.                     Recommend rezoning the property to clarify the boundaries of each zoning district and modifying the stipulations of approval contained in Ordinance No. 04-884, pursuant to the modifications as set forth in draft Ordinance No. 2018-1402, attached hereto.
