ALDI AT ESTRELLA COMMONS REZONE

PROPOSED ACTION:

1.                     Conduct a public hearing to consider a rezone of approximately 3 acres at the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Street from Preliminary PAD to General Commercial (C-2):

 

a.                     Open public hearing

b.                     Staff presentation

c.                     Receive public comment

d.                     Close public hearing

 

2.                     Recommend that City Council conditionally rezone approximately 3 acres generally located at the southeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Street, as set forth in the draft of Ordinance No. 2018-1384 attached hereto and subject to the stipulations included in the draft Ordinance.
