APPROVING THE AMENDED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT IGA
PROPOSED ACTION:
Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment generally in the form attached hereto, as Exhibit #1, modifying the timeline for the completion for the Community Development Block Grant waterline project, authorizing the City Attorney or his designee to approve non-substantive changes to the Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the final Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment.
