PROPOSED ACTION:

Approve the preliminary plat for Las Ventanas subdividing 159.31 acres into 412 single family lots and one 13.21-acre commercial parcel, located at the southeast corner of Perryville Road and Yuma Road, subject to stipulations. (Karen Craver, Planner III)
