PROPOSED ACTION:

1.                     Conduct a public hearing to consider a use permit to allow a drive-through use at Cottonflower Marketplace.

c.                     Receive public comment

d.                     Close public hearing

 

2.                     Approve a use permit to allow a drive-through use at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Yuma Road, subject to stipulations. (Karen Craver, Planner III)
