AMENDMENT TO THE LAS VENTANAS FINAL PAD MODIFYING STIPULATION NOS. 13, 15, 17, & 55 AND DELETING STIPULATION NO. 18

PROPOSED ACTION:

1.                     Conduct a public hearing to consider an amendment to the Las Ventanas Final PAD modifying Condition Nos. 13, 15, 17, & 55 and deleting Condition No. 18 which address the developer’s obligations regarding traffic signals, infrastructure improvements, and/or dedications.

d.                     Receive public comment (3 minutes per speaker)

e.                     Close public hearing

 

2.                     Recommend that City Council approve an amendment to the Las Ventanas Final  PAD to modify Condition Nos. 13, 15, 17, & 55 and to delete Condition No. 18 which address the developer’s obligations regarding traffic signals, infrastructure improvements, and/or dedications, as set forth in the draft of Ordinance No. 17-1364 attached hereto.
