PROPOSED ACTION:

Approve the Amendment to the Re-Plat of Lots 1, 2 and Tract D of the Final Plat of PV 303 East - Phase A and of Tract Q of the Final Plat for Palm Valley Phase V Parcels 18-22 as recorded in Book 1332 of Maps, Page 50 of the Official Records of Maricopa County to incorporate an additional 0.551 acres into Lot 1R and to amend the legal description of the plat boundaries.
