RECOMMENDATION:

Approve an Emission Reduction Credit Maintenance and cost sharing agreement between the city of Goodyear and Arizona Public Service Company (APS).

 

PURPOSE:

This cost sharing agreement between APS and the city establishes responsibilities for funding, construction and maintenance of certain roadways and alleys in Goodyear to reduce PM-10 emissions. (Rebecca Zook, Engineering Director)
