RECOMMENDATION:

Approve a re-plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, and Tract B of the re-plat of Palm Valley Phase VI Perimeter West Final Plat approved on October 3, 2011, consolidating approximately 12 acres into two (2) lots, generally located at the northeast corner of Cotton Lane and Indian School Road, subject to stipulations.

PURPOSE:

The re-plat is proposed to consolidate Lots 1, 2, 3, and Tract B of the 2011 Perimeter West re-plat to create two lots more appropriately sized for development. (Karen Craver, Planner III)
