RECOMMENDATION:

Approve a 90-day extension of the Estrella Mountain Ranch Parcel 9.8 Final Plat approval, extending the approval date to February 21, 2017.

Body

PURPOSE:

Approval of the extension request will maintain the plat approval status while the City Council considers entering into a three-party crossing agreement with Newland Communities and Southwest Gas, as stipulated in the original final plat approval. The crossing agreement has also been scheduled for Council consideration on the November 21st agenda. (Karen Craver, Planner III)
