RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the issuance of a Force Main Easement Agreement for private sewer line facilities located within Commerce Drive to benefit property currently owned by Duke Realty Limited Partnership, an Indiana limited partnership.

PURPOSE:

Duke Realty Limited Partnership has requested the city enter into a Force Main Easement Agreement.  The agreement is required for a private sewer line previously installed in Commerce Drive just west of Cotton Lane. (Linda R. Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
