RECOMMENDATION:

Approve a Well Impact Waiver Agreement between the city of Goodyear, AV Homes, and CantaMia for the use of a non-potable well in CantaMia.

PURPOSE:

The agreement determines that the recovery of long term storage credits of CantaMia’s recovery well for the purpose of filling lakes will not interfere with the city’s water priorities. (Mark Holmes, Water Resources Manager, and Alex Lestinsky, Planner II)
