Accept the dedication of a Public Utility and Access Easement along the east side of Calistoga Drive.

PURPOSE:

This dedication is for a Public Utility and Access Easement along the east side of Calistoga Drive.  It provides for the placement, operation, repair and replacement of public utilities.  This easement is required for the development of the Presidio Residents Club in Estrella.
