RECOMMENDATION:

Accept the dedication of a public utility easement along the north side of Eddie Albert Way, adjacent to the property owned by LCB Assets, LLC.

PURPOSE:

LCB Assets, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, has submitted an application to dedicate a 10-foot wide public utility easement along the BioFlora Development.  This easement is required as part of an application to the City to place a masonry fence along the property frontage of Eddie Albert Way.
