PURPOSE:

The final plat for PebbleCreek Phase II Unit 55A consists of 14.58 acres to be subdivided into 86 single family lots and 5 tracts. The final plat is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density approved as part of the PebbleCreek Phase II PAD and development agreement.
