RECOMMENDATION:

ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 15-1721 APPROVING, AUTHORIZING, AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A JOB CREATION AGREEMENT FOR RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT INC. (REI); AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO TAKE ACTIONS CONSISTENT WITH TERMS OF RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this item is to approve, authorize, and direct the City Manager to execute a Job Creation Agreement related to the location and operation of Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI) in the City of Goodyear. (Michelle Lawrie, Economic Development Director)
