RECOMMENDATION:
Approve a reimbursement agreement with Estrella Joint Committee for reimbursement of street light maintenance and energy costs for ornamental street lights in Estrella.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this agreement is to provide compensation to the Estrella Joint Committee for ornamental street lights that is equivalent to costs for similar street lights in the City. (Luke Albert, City Traffic Engineer)
