PURPOSE:
Council is being asked to approve and adopt the attached resolution authorizing the release and relinquishment of two drainage channel easements located within the Final Plat for Safeway at Canyon Trails #2618.  City Staff has determined the easements are no longer needed since the property has been developed and there are no existing or planned future drainage facilities in these areas.
