RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the expenditure of $101,000 to repair and replace the boiler systems at the Ballpark, Indians Development Complex, and Reds Development Complex.

PURPOSE:

Council approval of expenditure of $101,000 to repair and replace the boiler systems at the Ballpark and team development complexes.  Article 3.4.1(C) of the Procurement Code requires Council approval of expenditures that have not been provided for in the current budget as adopted.
