RECOMMENDATION:
Approve a request from Birinder Kaur Singh, owner/applicant for JSAMZ Operating, LLC, doing business as Elliot Market, for a new Series 10 liquor license #10076562. Elliot Market is located at 17750 W. Elliot Road (generally located on Elliot Road west of South Estrella Parkway).

PURPOSE:
Ms. Singh has applied for a new Series 10 liquor license, which is for beer and wine only. JSAMZ Operating, LLC recently purchased Elliot Market and took over operations at the beginning of August, 2014. This is not a franchise operation. The applicant has paid the $635.00 fee.
