Red Lobster is located at 15311 W McDowell Road, Goodyear, Arizona (generally located near the southeast corner of McDowell Rd and Pebblecreek Pkwy).

PURPOSE:
Mr. Teal has applied for a new Series 12 liquor license #12079976 for Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC., which is for a restaurant. Red Lobster is no longer a franchise. Darden Inc. (a public company) recently sold all Red Lobster restaurants to a private equity firm, Golden Gate Capital. The sale included 17 Red Lobster locations in Arizona.
