PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS

RECOMMENDATION:
1. Appoint Raquel Landefeld to fill the unexpired term of Erin Bertram to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission with term expiring December 03, 2016.
2. Appoint Kim Harris as an alternate non-voting member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
3. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty.
PURPOSE:
The City Council Subcommittee recently reviewed and interviewed applicants for the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission in order to fill the vacancy left by Erin Bertram who has recently resigned. The Council Subcommittee has recommended that Raquel Landefeld be appointed to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission to fill the unexpired term. In addition, it is recommended that Kim Harris be appointed as an alternate non-voting member to the Parks and Recreation Commission. (Nathan Torres, Parks and Recreation Director)
