ADOPT RESOLUTION 14-1657 AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE AND RELINQUISHMENT OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT 69 OF THE ESTRELLA PARCEL 58 SUBDIVISION.

PURPOSE:

Adopt a resolution authorizing the release and relinquishment of a Public Utility Easement located in Lot 69 of the Estrella Parcel 58 Subdivision.  City staff has determined the easement is no longer needed since there are no existing utilities or future utilities planned in the easement.  (Linda R.
