RECOMMENDATION:

1. Conduct a public hearing on Resolution No. 14-1649 which adopts proposed

pretreatment fees effective January 1, 2015.

2. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1649 ADOPTING THE PROPOSED PRETREATMENT

FEES AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

PURPOSE:

Adopting the proposed pretreatment fees will provide funding for the ADEQ-required program outlined in Chapter 12A: Sewer Pretreatment of the Goodyear City Code. (Larry Lange, Finance Director)
