RECOMMENDATION:
ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1644 TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENTS WITH THE BENEFITTED PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATED WITH PROJECT NO. WA1402 HISTORIC GOODYEAR WATER LINE REPLACEMENT PHASE III.

PURPOSE:
The execution of these Right-of-Entry Agreements allows the City or its contractor to enter onto the private property of the benefitted residents and construct new water service lines from the new water meter locations to the house. (Troy Tobiasson, Project Manager)
