EXCLUSIVE WATER LINE EASEMENT FROM ESTRELLA PARCEL 7.5 TO CALISTOGA DRIVE

RECOMMENDATION:

Accept the dedication of an Exclusive Water Line Easement to connect the Estrella Parcel 7.5 water line to the existing line in Calistoga Drive.

PURPOSE:

NNP III, Estrella Mountain Ranch, LLC has submitted an application on behalf of the Village at Estrella Mountain Ranch Community Association to dedicate an Exclusive Water Line Easement to connect the Estrella Parcel 7.5 water line to the existing line in Calistoga Drive.  (Linda R.
