RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the dedication of an Exclusive Sewer Line Easement to outlet the future sewer line in Estrella Parcel 9.1 to the existing sewer line in Parcel 7.14.
 
PURPOSE:
NNP III, Estrella Mountain Ranch, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company has submitted an application to dedicate an Exclusive Sewer Line Easement to provide an outlet for the future sewer line in Estrella Parcel 9.1 to the existing sewer line in Parcel 7.14.  (Linda R.
